Job Details

Position Summary: Under the direction of the supervisor and in partnership with the stand attendant, prepares food items for service, ensures cleanliness and organization of stand areas and condiment carts, and provides support to stand operations in accordance with the company's hospitality polices and applicable operational standards.

Essential Functions:

  • greets guests approaching stand in the absence of the stand attendant.
  • Prepares and, in partnership with the stand attendant, serves food and non-alcoholic beverage irems in correct proportions, following sanitation guidelines.
  • Records all waste.
  • Acquaints guests with items for sale and uses suggestive selling techniques.
  • Participates in set-up of stand, arranges inventory, notifies stand lead of any inventory deficiency or shortages.
  • preforms clean-up duties in the stand.
  • preforms other dutes as assigned.

Non-Essential Functions:

  • Serves pre-poured beer in accordance with company alcohol service policy.

Education & Experience:

  • A minimum of 6 months experience in customer service, food service, or related.
  • WA State food handlers card
  • WA state class 13 mast permit.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilites:

  • Excellent guest service skills, ability to adhere to company standards
  • Ability to cpmplete required pre-employment sanitation and alcohol training.
  • Basic math skills; ability to accuratelt account for inventory.
  • Effective communication skills; ability to communicate wiith guests and recieve orders.
  • Ability to work in a fact-paced environment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions.
  • Ability to remain stationary for entire lenght of shift.
  • Ability to preform normal lifting of stock up to 50 pounds.
