Job Details

Position Summary: Sells beer and/or other alcohol products to guest throughout venue, in accordance with company's alcohol service policy, hospitality policies and operational standards.

Essential Functions:

  • Circulates among guets within assigned sections; calls out and sells alcohol and alcohol-related products, while adhering to service regulations.
  • Serves alcoholic beverages responsibly, requests identification, adheres to all company procedures.
  • Hands or passes items sold to guests, recieves payment, and makes required change.
  • Checks out items to replenish stock, turns in money from sales.
  • Must be flexible so as to work a variety of hours depending on event.
  • Must be weel groomed, pleasant , and friendly.
  • Ability to walk up and down stairs frequently for entire shift.
  • Ability to maintain one's balance and maneuver between rows and narrow pathways.
  • Ability to raise and project voice to market and sell product, for entire length of shift.
  • Must be able to lift, stand, kneel, and stretch for long periods of time.

Non-Essential Functions:

  • Must possess high level of slef confidence, with ability to aggressively sell assigned items.
  • Must possess a cooperative work attitude.
  • basic math skills; ability to accurately account for ash and inventory.
  • Must be 18 years of age to sell food items, 21 years of age to sell beer.

Education & Experience:

  • Previous bartending or vending experience preferred.
  • Must have a WA state food handlers and mast 12 permit

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Excellent guest service skills; ability to adhere to company standards.
  • Ability to complete required pre-employment alcohol service training.
  • Must possess a cooperative work attitude.
  • Strong communications skills
  • Capable of following job guidelines and instructions.

Physical Requirements:.

  • Frequent walking throughout the venue for entire length of shift
  • basic math skills; ability to accuarately account for ash and inventory.
  • Ability to maintain one's balance.
  • ability to carry up to 90 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for entire shift.
  • Ability to raise and project voice to market and sell product for entire lenght of shift.
