Vikings Rewards Intern (Part-time)
The Vikings Rewards Intern will assist the Loyalty Program Coordinator with fulfillment of rewards and manage the day to day inventory. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fan engagement, providing excellent customer service and educating our fan base on the benefit of our loyalty program. This is a part-time position, approximately 25 hours per week and will require the Intern to work all home games. *Local candidates only.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide service support to Vikings Rewards members over email, phone calls, and in-person
Track feedback and communication from members
Support the maintenance of the Vikings Rewards website and other related technologies
Assist in the development and implementation of new initiatives with various departments, vendors, and partners
Assist with supervising the Vikings Rewards game day and event staff
Aid in game day reward fulfillment and program initiatives
Previous customer service experience required
Current enrolled as a junior or senior in college or a recent grad
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail
Must have the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Must be able to work Vikings Training Camp, Minnesota State Fair, and Vikings home games (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
