This position is responsible for the management and operation of all Seahawks game day presentations, production services, special events, and supporting key marketing, community and other organizational initiatives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned):
Manage the work and professional development of the Game Presentation Department.
Manage all facets of game presentation and the team’s special events, including scoreboard control room, videoboards and LED boards, on-field live elements, and special team events including Draft Party and Training Camp.
Create first-class entertainment features that entertain and educate fans, and strengthen the affinity for the Seahawks players, coaches, and other key elements of the brand.
Work collaboratively with Corporate Sponsorship group to activate sponsors on gameday and at special events throughout the year, in ways that help deliver value against each partner’s sponsorship goals and connect with fans in a meaningful way.
Manage the mascot program to strengthen the Blitz and Boom mascot brands, identifying ways to maximize the value the program brings to gameday and special events, organizational initiatives, and community and corporate partner programs.
Oversee production services to meet the annual business needs of Corporate Partnerships, Community Outreach, Ticket Sales, Pro Shop, First & Goal Inc., First & Goal Hospitality and others, as needed.
Oversee the production needs for all organizational special events and internal programs, including video, audio and other tech support, as needed.
Oversee the selection of live elements during Seahawks games, including the anthem singers, halftime performances, and live band performances.
Oversee independent Seahawks programs, including Blue Thunder, Taima the Seahawk, and gameday Flag Runners.
Plan and execute elements during Seahawks events to support NFL initiatives, including Kickoff, A Crucial Catch, Salute to Service, Youth Football, and Play 60.
Collaborate with Marketing and Fan Engagement in the planning and execution of annual and special events, including but not limited to: Kickoff Weeks and Playoffs.
Program and create staff schedules and designate responsibilities across the Game Presentation, Fan Engagement and Marketing departments for gamedays and special events.
Foster a departmental culture of collaborative work, in partnership with internal and external partners, aimed at engaging Seahawks fans in a relevant and measurable way throughout the year.
In addition to managing the Game Entertainment team and the mascot program, the position is responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the scoreboard operations staff for Seahawks events. Must carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s philosophies, policies and applicable laws.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university; three (3) to five (5) years related experience and/or training
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to meet deadlines, multi-task and prioritize
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
