The Youth Football Manager will organize and execute all youth football events, health and fitness programs, and provide administrative and staff support to the Community Relations department in Southern Nevada. This position will contribute and assist with the day-to-day activities for the overall efficiency of the department and is responsible for maintaining relationships with local community organizations to provide necessary assistance for program execution.
Develop and manage all health and fitness programs and events, specifically with Play 60 and youth football programming.
Serve as a representative for the Raiders at community events and campaigns.
Responsible for administering meetings with multiple departments to increase promotional reach, media exposure, and fan engagement for all community programs.
Oversee logistics for department including training staff, ensuring safety and maintenance of all equipment, and conducting staff evaluations.
Assist in coordinating logistics for National Football League initiatives including Salute to Service, Crucial Catch, My Cause My Cleats, Play 60, Pro Bowl, Super Bowl, and International Series programs.
Develop and implement program and event timelines, work schedules, job assignments, and expectations for the Community Relations staff, including Raiders Ambassadors.
Manage staff performance, compose post-event/program reviews, and approve semi-monthly timesheets.
Supervise and manage Raiders Ambassadors alongside the Community Relations Manager by hiring, training, and directing a staff of 25; create and implement event timelines, job assignments, and expectations for the Raiders Ambassador staff.
Develop youth football programs based on independent research and evaluations
Solely responsible for all events and programs tasked by supervisor, from conception to execution;
Responsible for composing and allocating budgets for all youth football campaigns and events.
Develop and manage all Raiders Junior Training Camps.
Coordinate outreach to local non-profits, schools, after school programs and youth football teams.
Manage the storage and upkeep of equipment at offsite storage locations while maintaining the functionality and inventory accuracy of youth football equipment, shirts and other giveaways.
Serve as a representative on behalf of the Raiders during youth football conference calls, site visits, and meetings.
Serve as the Raiders liaison to USA Football. Organize recruitment, planning and execution for the USA Football programs and events.
Develop and execute the Raiders High School Coach of the Week Program.
Conduct research and enact new ideas to expand Raiders youth football programming; create new components of the program based on research.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
At least 3-5 years of coaching youth football or high school football experience; experience working with children; ability to oversee and coordinate large groups of people.
Excellent writing, presentation, and organizational skills; ability to concisely and accurately convey information in email, Excel, Word and PowerPoint programs to a variety of constituents.
Exceptional communicational skills (written, verbal and presentation) are required.
Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.
Must have a CDL license, or possess the ability to obtain upon request.
Ability to work well in a team environment; must be a team player who can take and give direction and works well in a fast-paced environment; ability to deliver effective turnkey solutions in a limited timeframe.
Knowledge of Salesforce.
Must be able to work extended and flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays.
Ability to travel as needed.
